LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  In no event will MO-DMV.com be liable to Subscriber for any other damage, consequential damages, omissions, or any other costs and expenses whatsoever except as expressly agreed to here and above.  Additionally, Subscriber hereby holds harmless all directors, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers of MO-DMV.com for any injury or damages as a result of MO-DMV.com  furnishing such data or information to Subscriber as set forth here and above.

INDEMNIFICATION:  Subscriber shall indemnify, defend, and hold MO-DMV.com harmless from and against all costs and liabilities which may be asserted/assessed against MO-DMV.com based upon the improper use by Subscriber of motor vehicle and driver information or any other information furnished to Subscriber by MO-DMV.com.

MVR INFORMATION: MVR’S are to include driver and/or vehicle ownership information.  In order to access driver and/or vehicle owner information, the subscriber agrees to be DPPA compliant and has reviewed and signed this agreement.  If subscriber purchases motor vehicle records (“MVR’s”) from MO-DMV.com, Subscriber agrees to the following:

A.     Access to Driver and/or Motor Vehicle Data:  The Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (“DPPA”) as well as State laws restrict the use of driver and/or motor vehicle data to certain “permissible uses”.  Subscribers who access driver and motor vehicle data shall require its employees to acknowledge compliance with these laws and only permit them to access driver and/or motor vehicle information for the specific DPPA permissible purposes which have been approved by MO-DMV.com. 

B.     Subscriber shall employ commercially reasonable procedures to track and audit employee access to and use of the DMV data and investigate any allegations of misuse of the data in full cooperation with MO-DMV.com.  Subscriber understands and agrees that in order to insure compliance with all Federal and State laws MO-DMV.com may need or be required to conduct periodic reviews or audits.     

TERMS:  This agreement for a demo/ password will expire in approximately 2 business day (s) unless otherwise agreed and approved by an authorized representative of MO-DMV.com; however, the rules set forth that govern the use of information retrieved from MO-DMV.com shall continue in perpetuity.
